Temporary change to MSN bus

Dear Parents,

I have been asked by Andy at JVA to temporarily bring forward the time of the MSN bus in the morning. The reason is that there are roadworks on the Wellsway which are causing a serious tailback of traffic. This morning at 8.30 the bus was still at Combe Down when it should have been at KES by 8.15 and this has a knock-on effect for those travelling to Royal High School as the two buses normally meet up there (this morning the RHS bus from Frome was sent ahead).

We don’t know how long the roadworks will last, but until further notice, the MSN bus will leave 10 minutes earlier than timetabled. So that means the new times are:

7.15 MSN, The Island

7.20 Radstock, Radstock Hotel
- Radstock, The Street
7.23 Peasedown St John, The Red Post
7.25 Peasedown St John, Eckweek Lane/Bath Rd
7.30 Dunkerton Hill (bottom)
7.33 The Titfield Thunderbolt
7.34 Combe Down, Entry Hill
7.40 Bradford Rd (MOD)
7.41 Hadley Arms, North Road
8.15 KES
8.30 RHS Junior
8.40 RHS Senior


It’s hard to say what time the bus will arrive from Combe Down onwards, so please be ready for the bus at the times specified.
